Amelia Ursache, Fashion Designer
Amelia is aged 34 and established her professional name in Stockholm, Sweden where she currently resides. Amelia studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest and in 1998 she was awarded designer of the year by London’s ‘Elle’ magazine.
Within Sweden Amelia gained experience in the ateliers of Lars Wallin and H&M, her popularity was further boosted by her participation in a reality show ‘Fashion House’ where she demonstrated her skills in a highly professional atmosphere created by the presence of Valentino and Donatella Versace.
Amelia was chosen to design for ‘Wheeliechix-Chic’ because her designs are dedicated to femininity, they celebrate the female form in every way. Amelia jumped at the chance to design for WheelieChix-Chic as she is constantly looking for new ideas and is passionate about fashion being enjoyed and worn by everyone!
